VIRTUAL PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP
Roman Way Medical Centre is setting up a Virtual Patient Participation Group (vPPG) and we would like you to be involved.
HOW WILL IT WORK?
We will periodically send the virtual Patient Participation Group emails asking for their opinion on a range of topics. You decide how often and when you would like to answer. By doing this you will help the practice to provide an accessible and responsive service and you will be amongst the first to hear about news and updates. No patient specific or confidential emails will be sent via the vPPG and your email address will be protected from other vPPG members.
WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP?
Via the vPPG, registered patients of Roman Way Medical Centre will have the opportunity to work together with the practice to share ideas on helping patients to take more responsibility for their own health and to help improve the services offered at the Practice. It aims to give patients a say in how services are planned, developed and evaluated, by developing a good working relationship with the practice staff and GPs.
The vPPG will seek to improve communications and patient information through the practice website along with the use of notice boards within the Practice.
